Cryptocurrency exchange company Coinbase has announced Kelly Kramer and Marc Andreessen as the new members of the Board Directors of Coinbase.
Kelly Kramer who was the former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cisco will take up the new role of Audit and Compliance Committee Chairperson, while Marc Andreessen, who a Board Observer at Coinbase will now transition to become a Board Director.
Coinbase made this announcement on Wednesday on its official Medium page.

In her latest role as CFO in Cisco, she “she was responsible for managing the company’s financial strategy and overseeing all financial functions, corporate development, acquisition program, integrations and investor relations for the $49 billion revenue company with more than 76,000 employees.”
Kelly who will be replacing Chris Dodds as the Chair of our Audit and Compliance Committee is also a member of the Board of Directors at Snowflakes and Gilead Sciences where she serves as the Audit Committee and the Chair of the Audit Committee respectively.
In August, Coinbase Marc Andreessen and Gokul Rajaram as new board members.
According to Coinbase, it is bringing in new leaders to help in its journey of growing the cryptoeconomy and creating an open financial system for the world.
