CEO of the world’s largest crypto exchange Changpeng Zhao has emerged as the richest cryptocurrency entrepreneur tracked by the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, CZ, as he is popularly called in the cryptoverse, has amassed a net worth of $95.8 billion, making him richer than Asia’s richest man, Mukesh Ambani.
His estimated fortune excludes his personal crypto holdings, including Bitcoin and BNB, his exchange’s token. Over the last year, BNB has experienced a 1,300% surge despite the volatility of the crypto market. If it maintains this uptrend, CZ will most likely move up the billionaire’s ladder and be a major contender with tech giants like Mark Zuckerberg and Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin.
